the van at church farm, pagham
Al and I always dreamed of owning a ski-apartment in the French Alps. But Al carelessly fell heavy with child in 2002 and our dreams were shattered. So we bought a static mobile-home instead.
Secretly I am rather pleased about it, because the girls love it, it gives us a bolt-hole on the coast all summer and there are NO JOBS TO DO AT ALL in the caravan. I am slightly less pleased about the ridiculous bill we get every year just to keep it on the site, part of which goes towards paying for the ropiest evening entertainment imaginable. But ho hum, it's all or nothing - so we let it out for a couple of weeks every year to make a few quid back. More than you could ever want to know can be found at www.paghamcaravan.co.uk
